It was very difficult for these Marie Antoinette styled Manolo Blahnik's not to catch my eye. Made specifically for the Marie Antoinette movie, these are only a few of the several hundreds of shoes that were created. I wouldn't necessarily wear them but it's quite fascinating to me to see a big name be able to create so many styles of shoes for any sort of occasion and still have them completed as brilliantly as the last. When picturing these shoes, I see a pristine lady in her finest surrounded by pretty petit fours of all colors, shapes and flavors... what do you think?
The Manolo's may be expensive but the petit fours are amazingly simple to recreate. All you for these petit pretty cakes are a few simple ingredients.
