Make It Yourself Monday - Paper Garland

I'm in Florida this week visiting the family and  hosting a baby shower for my baby sister and her son to be.  It's been a great couple of days so far catching up, feeling the kicks of my new nephew and just absorbing all the family love.  This Monday I want to share a little decoration idea that I had saved for a cute MIY project for a party of any sorts.  I like how book pages were used in this particular example but it would also be great with any sort of colored paper.  Perhaps blue for boy? Hmmmm... we'll see what time allows.
The only materials needed for this simply sweet project are:
paper
twine
scissors
tape
and if you so choose... a circle cutter.
