Ingredients
1 cup of flour
2/3 cup of butter
1/4 cup of sugar
3 egg yolks
How to Begin
1. Place the flour on your counter or work surface, put the butter in the center and a 1/3 of the sugar with the egg yolks. Then knead this until you get a soft doughy mixture.
2. Roll out the dough about 1 cm high and cut out your letters like small biscuits.
3. Once you have your entire saying for Santa cut out, arrange the letters on a pan lined with parchment paper and sprinkle your letters with the remaining sugar.
4. Bake in a hot oven about 300 - 325 until lightly golden brown.
5. Remove and serve hot
