Make It Yourself Monday - Strawberry Table Numbers, Treats & Favors

This Monday I have a few simple strawberry delights to share with you.

This is such a fresh way to display table numbers! Not only are they a tasty treat for the table guests but they can also back as centerpieces depending on your choice of display. You could also put them at each setting with your guests name on it... These fruity treasures would also be equally charming with an added scented flower or a little fresh pineapple sage!
Here's all you need... mini brown bags, tissue paper, 8.5 x 11 card stock, a square scalloped hole punch that can be found at most craft stores and a color printer.
Once you have the materials...
1. Using your color printer, print out this template.
2. Using your hole punch, punch out the squares.
3. With double stick tape, adhere the labels on to your brown bags, right in the center

These treats are not only adorable but easy to make for a cute little eye catcher as table setting treats placed fun plates and displayed with height in the middle of the table. Here's what you need to do... buy the ample amount of strawberries needed,
cut about a half an inch of the top of the strawberries, pipe in creme, place seeds for eyes, add “a hat” and a creme pom on top.

These little beauties would also look great on a table as an acting centerpiece but is also a personal gift for your guest to enjoy at home.  All you need is to buy some strawberries, bake some shortcake biscuits, preferably 2 per guest, find a basket of choice for each favor or mix match baskets if you wish for a more eclectic garden feel. Fill the basket half way with tissue paper or raffia strips for better display.
dog n' bird, style me pretty
