Holiday Hodgepodge 7 ~ Dreaming of a White Christmas
I dream of a white Christmas because it reminds me of my roots as an Upstate New Yorker, it was very rare not to have a white holiday living WAY up there. You could usually rely on being surrounded by a blanket of snow with foot long icicles hanging from the eves of the houses and 8 foot snowmen in the neighbors yard. As a residing Southern Californian, my holiday atmosphere has changed a bit but this hodgepodge is a little inspiration for anyone who wishes their holidays to be white.

Not so white this year, Kristie! According to our local weatherman, it is technically a White Christmas when there is one inch of snow on the ground, so we qualify. The snowmen haven't really shown up yet, though...except the kind that are nylon and inflated by fans!
