Holiday Hodgepodge 1 ~ Cherries & Holly Berries

Holiday Hodgepodge 1 is for the traditionalist slowly making a non-traditional turn over. With cherries and holly berries, there is still the essence of the 'old fashion' holiday with a berry twist.
I really enjoy the simplicity, yet elegance of this combination.  The rouge palette with all the greens, live fruit and intimate details allows you to sense the warmth it radiates.
The beautiful table, the center image, was my original inspiration for this board. I just adore the idea of the holly berry sticks placed brilliantly in the bronze pedestal glass jars for a little height and lots of color. The lower accents of reddish-orange and ivory flowers softly helps focus your eye on the amazing centerpiece as well, allowing everything to tie together just perfectly.

In random but recognizable order:  Red holiday dress from ModCloth, Sweet Cherry Chocolate Cookies, Gorgeous Patterned Plateware, holly berry wreath and wooden bowl filled with moss, fresh berriest as a floral base makes wonderful organic decor, stockings hung by the chimney with care, a Christmas Tree decorated in red berry-like bulbs, and a cute red tote to carry your holly by the front door.
